Job Summary

A credit union service organization is seeking a Remote Human Resources Recruiting Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting the administration of benefit plans, leaves of absence and workers compensation
• Providing detailed & timely employee benefits orientation and enrollment to new-hires
• Developing and coordinating HR programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Business, or Organization Development or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years experience in Human Resource positions
• Ability to give presentations utilizing various audiovisual support aids
• Hhigh level of confidentiality, use good independent judgment in making decisions and work with minimal functional guidance
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and coaching skills
