Job Summary

A food service and hospitality company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Reporting and Insights Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Analysts in the transformation of our analytics capabilities
• Creating automated, scalable, and repeatable data visualization that tells a story
• Implementing the road map for analytics

Qualifications Include:

• 20-30% travel
• Established and experienced leader with 5 to 7 or more years of experience in HR, IT or Shared Services
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development
• Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, mentor and coach talent that supports business growth
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
