Job Summary

A Catholic non-profit healthcare system has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administering HR policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas
  • Investigating and resolving general issues related to HR processes
  • Performing HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday

Qualifications Include:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Annual Enrollment
  • Comprehensive understanding of Leave Administration, HRIS, and process integration
  • High School diploma & 2 years of experience in HR administrative or customer support or equivalent
  • PC experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows or related
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
