Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Senior Benefits Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Independently managing the ongoing delivery of benefit programs, as assigned
- Reviewing various benefit programs
- Coordinating service contracting and ensuring ongoing performance standards are being met
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and approximately 5-7 years of experience in Benefits
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Must be proficient with the use of current Microsoft Office tools, with a primary focus on Excel
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work well with various groups and individuals across the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
