Job Summary
A software and services company specializing in solutions for communications service providers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing strong organizational leadership for the Talent and Culture function
- Leading organizational effectiveness strategies for the business
- Leading and scaling a team of Talent and Culture Business Partners to support the business in a growing environment
Position Requirements Include:
- 15+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role, with at least 5 years with technology companies
- At least 5 years leading and developing human resources teams
- Experience supporting international teams, including supporting a growing international footprint
- Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
