A financial software company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Own the full recruitment process from launching, interviewing
- Train, support, and mentor junior recruiters partnering for special projects/ processes
- Work with HR and Finance to ensure that salary ranges are aligned with market value
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years of experience, experiencing full-cycle recruitment at a high-growth tech startup
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize as needed!), deliver realistic timelines and achieve hiring goals
- Remote work experience
- Knowledge and comfortability with various recruiting tools and platforms
