Job Summary
An interior design company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with managers and recruiting to develop strategic workforce plans
- Working on high-impact engagement activities, with an emphasis on employee experience and design
- Providing advice and guidance on various topics including performance management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 10+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience
- Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings
- Proven experience influencing and building strong and trusted relationships
- Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose, and strategy of the business
- Expertise in building consensus on a cross-functional basis is ideal
