Job Summary

An interior design company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with managers and recruiting to develop strategic workforce plans
• Working on high-impact engagement activities, with an emphasis on employee experience and design
• Providing advice and guidance on various topics including performance management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• At least 10+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience
• Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings
• Proven experience influencing and building strong and trusted relationships
• Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose, and strategy of the business
• Expertise in building consensus on a cross-functional basis is ideal
