Job Summary
An HR services firm is seeking a Remote Human Resources Service Delivery Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring effective monthly service reviews (MSR) with each region
- Identifying opportunities, coordinating and delivering training to staff
- Producing and maintaining process descriptions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to take a critical role in service issue meetings
- Help ensure compliance with legal requirements, Avanade policies, and audit requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field experience
- 2+ years interacting with senior leaders (regional, area, or global)
- 5+ years of increasingly diverse or complex HR field or process/consulting experience
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
