Job Summary
A global science and technology manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Services Content Developer and Documentation Specialist .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing documentation and content in support of the delivery of an Associate Experience Knowledge Base
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Authorities
- Organizing complex systems of information
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant Content Development/Writing experience
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues on content standards and guidelines with a strong attention to detail
- Five or more years current experience in designing and writing content for customer support, service support, and/or product design
- HR / benefits or similar documentation and content development experience
