Job Summary
A background screening company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Services Global Sales Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals and sales leaders
- Managing and driving new revenue and sales activity performance, territory, management, and budgets
- Establishing and executing the market sales strategy and regularly report progress and solutions to executive sales leadership
Required Skills:
- 10-15+ years of progressive sales experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) software or services
- 6+ years of experience in sales leadership is required
- Successful demonstration of strategic planning skills associated with sales organizations
- Strong sales and revenue process orientation and an undergraduate degree required
- Proven track record in budgeting and resource management
- Ability to organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under a deadline
