Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Shared Services Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Payroll to ensure the delivery of accurate and efficient payroll practices
- Assess the current Shared Services Organization to create a strategy and vision
- Partner closely with HR leadership team to ensure fulfillment of strategic initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of ten (10) years hands-on experience in Human Resources Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required
- Deep experience leading an HR Shared Services function
- Experience in leading HRIS transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Workday
