Job Summary

A global service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Shared Services Leave Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating with employees regarding their needs for leave and/or modified work schedules
• Ensuring that employees are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice
• Handling leave administration process from the employee's initial notice

Required Skills:

• Prior Leave/Absence experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use HR technologies to perform job requirements
• Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced, high production environment
• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints quickly and accurately from employees
