Job Summary
A company that provides healthcare services is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Shared Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading Tier 1 supports service Ticket(s)
- Evaluating and auditing team’s work
- Acquiring broad recruiting and onboarding Administration knowledge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and 6 or more years of related experience or equivalent
- Ability to develop and continuously improve HR processes and procedures
- Experience in data and record management and data analytics
- Experience in project management, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling
- Experience in managing a team of five or more employees
- Demonstrated experience with systems and technology that support ERP
