Job Summary
An international hospitality company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Shared Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the objectives for the department and projects and how those objectives are to be accomplished
- Implementing plans for updating or creating new policies based on new national, federal, state, and local law changes
- Conducting analysis and research to propose new policy and procedure implementation
Required Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication along with project management skills
- Experience writing various H.R. policies and effectively implementing them
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Five (5) years of professional experience in a corporate environment
- Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources
