Job Summary

An international hospitality company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Shared Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the objectives for the department and projects and how those objectives are to be accomplished
• Implementing plans for updating or creating new policies based on new national, federal, state, and local law changes
• Conducting analysis and research to propose new policy and procedure implementation

Required Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication along with project management skills
• Experience writing various H.R. policies and effectively implementing them
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Highschool Diploma/GED
• Five (5) years of professional experience in a corporate environment
• Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources
