Job Summary
A pharmaceutical retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Solutions Center Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering consistent outstanding customer experience by maintaining an engaged, high-performing team
- Scheduling staff to provide adequate coverage for all work assignments and contact channels
- Assisting with special projects as needed/directed and run ad hoc reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service, call center, retail required
- 3 years of experience in Supervisor experience
- Strong communication skills
