A privately-held digital media company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Solutions Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a trusted HR partner to many of our biggest publishers
- Identifying needs and delivering proactive HR help
- Serving as the liaison between the client and our strategic PEO partner
Position Requirements Include:
- 10 years of experience in talent, recruiting, and HR
- Deep ability to listen to, understand, connect with, and help great creators identify their organizational needs
- Experience in HR required
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to synthesize information into customized solutions
