Job Summary

A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Sourcing Screener in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Communicating with employees regarding the status of referrals
• Communicating with candidates regarding specific openings
• Performing pre-screens and in-depth interviews

Required Skills:

• Candidates must have strong administrative, scheduling, screening and organizational skills/experience
• At least 4 years of experience and working knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working with an automated applicant tracking system
