Job Summary

An aesthetic medicine practice has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serve as lead liaison to key third party relationships (payroll, benefits, retirement)
• Onboard employees into the company culture, systems and processes
• Own the talent acquisition process from start to finish

Required Skills:

• This is a Part-Time position (10-15 hours a week) with the flexiblity to manage your hours and work remotely if preferred
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and HR
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or technical field
