Job Summary
A mental health company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting full-cycle recruitment:
- Assist in new hire orientation process and help to update records of new hires
- Maintain internal Applicant Tracking System
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 year of experience in recruitment or as a Human Resources Coordinator
- Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task
