Job Summary
A consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing criminal background checks, reference checks, and district clearances
- Researching new district requirements for Instructors to work
- Ensuring Instructors are in compliance with district requirements to work
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Human Resources (to include Payroll processes) experience
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Extensive knowledge of computer software
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
