Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the creation, implementation, and evaluation all human resource department policies
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolves issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Software
- Ability to handle Social Media
- Ability to introduce and maintain a set of metrics/reports to control the scope availability/progress
- Strong grasp of the Microsoft Office Product Suite
