Job Summary
A non-profit ecological and environmental protection organization has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate training on hiring process, unconscious bias, and applicant tracking system for staff involved in hiring
- Utilize applicant tracking system to post and maintain open roles
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to self-direct and prioritize among different tasks in a remote work environment
