Job Summary

An adult education company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Escalating inquires or requests when appropriate to Corporate HR
Performing customer service functions by assisting with employee and requests
Assisting with the benefits communication from employees/faculty

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience required
Associate degree required
Minimum of 4 years in a professional office environment required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web-based technology
Proficiency with Human Resources Information Technologies
Experience in organizing and managing administrative processes
