Job Summary
An adult education company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Escalating inquires or requests when appropriate to Corporate HR
- Performing customer service functions by assisting with employee and requests
- Assisting with the benefits communication from employees/faculty
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience required
- Associate degree required
- Minimum of 4 years in a professional office environment required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web-based technology
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Technologies
- Experience in organizing and managing administrative processes
