A privately-held management assessment and consulting firm is seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Processing payroll
• Partnering with HR team to provide answers and support for employee questions and concerns
• Ensuring employee documentation is up-to-date and fully compliant

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience
• Interest in growth and development within Human Resources field
• 5+ years of experience in a professional field
• Proven experience supporting colleagues with a high level of dedication and care
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, HRIS systems, etc
• Experience handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
