A software company specializing in child development solutions has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Specialist in Palo Alto.
Must be able to:
- Collect and process new hire forms and assist with onboarding new employees
- Maintain and update data in our HRIS system, and audit for accuracy and compliance
- Provide HR administrative support with updates to associated systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives on building and maintaining highly collaborative working relationships
- Strong working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
