A human resources company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Strategic Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing client retention strategies and engagement
- Assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs and goals
- Serving as advocate between key accounts and internal teams
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, Management, or related experience
- Superior empathetic listening and discovery skills
- Negotiate and achieve optimal buy-in from both the client and internal partners
- Influence without authority
- Thrives in developing deep client relationships that results in continued revenue generation
- Able to tactfully advocate and be prescriptive in complex situations
