Job Summary

A technology, engineering, and science solutions and services leader has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Systems Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with HR leadership to develop annual HR project portfolio
  • Presenting updates monthly to CHRO and work with HR leadership team
  • Maintaining project portfolio in Workday Projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with preference for Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of Workday experience
  • 10+ years of prior relevant experience in IT project management
  • 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
  • Strong and inspirational team leader
  • Self-directed with excellent analytical abilities and big picture thinking
