Job Summary
A full-service tax preparation company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Systems Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as an HRIS system administrator
- Handling multiple requests from various levels within the organization
- Serving as a super-user for HRIS data entry
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have HRIS auditing experience
- Capability and up-to-date knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
- Able to explain technical subject matter to nontechnical audiences
- Must be able to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential employee matters
- Experience working with Benefits, Compensation, and Accounting
