An energy technology company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Team Lead.

Must be able to:

Design and embed key performance indicators and service level agreements
Challenge, rethink, and redesign HR operational practices
Lead change culture

Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor's Degree
8 yrs experience in employee human resource management
Previous experience leading a team
Previous experience in delivering HR to a large employee base
Superior knowledge of core HR processes and HR management practices
Ability to leverage HR productivity tools, systems and applications
