An energy technology company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Design and embed key performance indicators and service level agreements
• Challenge, rethink, and redesign HR operational practices
• Lead change culture

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 yrs experience in employee human resource management
• Previous experience leading a team
• Previous experience in delivering HR to a large employee base
• Superior knowledge of core HR processes and HR management practices
• Ability to leverage HR productivity tools, systems and applications
