Job Summary
An e-commerce technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Technology Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for HR-related support to employees and managers
- Consult with managers to drive best practices and tailored solutions to realization
- Ensure compliance to and consistent application of HR programs, policies and practices within assigned client group(s)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience within human resources
- Experience with navigating complex organizations and with influencing initiatives to successful conclusion
- Strong customer service focus and tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced unstructured environment
- Ability to act as an internal consultant, make recommendations, determine organizational needs, and influence Talent Management strategy
- Ability to demonstrate progressive growth and increased accountability
