Job Summary
A human resources technology company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Technology Customer Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading our support team
- Selecting and implementing a support technology stack that can scale with the company
- Building out our support systems and standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in a product support role, ideally in a B2B technology company
- Deep intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning new things
- Technical fluency, very comfortable digging into docs, integrations, etc
- Experience overseeing support systems (i.e., Zendesk or equivalent)
- Strong process orientation, have built, documented and managed support systems
