Job Summary
An information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Technology Engagement Specialist III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the single point of contact for onboarding and implementation of all new clients
- Providing administrative training on platform and services
- Assisting with bulk user and client uploads
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Sales background, 1-3+ years of Customer Success and/or Account Management experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer proficiency required including MS products, e-mail and Internet
- Proven ability to command an audience with strong oral and presentation skills
