Job Summary
A company that offers patient communication management services is seeking a Remote Human Resources Training Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Successfully executing new hire and onboarding processes
- Driving the new hire process from offer letter to training
- Leading new hire orientation; developing and improving processes for efficiency and execution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources training, healthcare, and call centers
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively commuicate cross-functionally with patient service representative and executives
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRM tools
- Ability to identify staffing risks early and implement action plans to mitigate or eliminate future staffing issues
- Ability to develop project plans and workflows for human resources training and development improvements
