Job Summary

A company that offers patient communication management services is seeking a Remote Human Resources Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully executing new hire and onboarding processes
  • Driving the new hire process from offer letter to training
  • Leading new hire orientation; developing and improving processes for efficiency and execution

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources training, healthcare, and call centers
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively commuicate cross-functionally with patient service representative and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRM tools
  • Ability to identify staffing risks early and implement action plans to mitigate or eliminate future staffing issues
  • Ability to develop project plans and workflows for human resources training and development improvements
