Job Summary

A non-profit human rights organization has an open position for a Remote Human Rights Organization Mid Level Gift Officer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Manage portfolio of 600+ Mid-level donors
• Develop and execute communication plan to identify donor passions & interests
• Achieve KPIs of increased donor retention, donor value retention, and increased giving

Required Skills:

• Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed
• Extensive experience with donor cultivation, donor portfolio and moves management
• Proven track record of effectiveness as influencer and collaborator on cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Disciplined with priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness
