A non-profit humanitarian organization has a current position open for a Remote Human Services Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for open positions
• Coaching and supporting staff to increase knowledge and understanding in recruiting best practices
• Providing all candidates with a positive and supported experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications Include:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or progressive experience supporting a fast-paced team of recruiters
• Experience facilitating and conducting structured interviews where candidates feel engaged and comfortable
• Previous experience with applicant tracking systems
• Customer-service focused orientation – both to internal stakeholders and external candidates
