Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Human Services Software Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders
- Categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided
- Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- AND 1 year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center
- OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10 key pad
- Able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
