Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Human Services Software Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders
  • Categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided
  • Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • AND 1 year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center
  • OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10 key pad
  • Able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
