Remote Humanities Academic Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Academic Specialist with a focus on humanities and preference for Mandarin speakers.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach high school and early college courses in various humanities subjects
• Provide academic support and guidance to international students
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top 30 US or Canadian college or university
• Strong interest in teaching and supporting international students
• Preferred teaching experience at the high school or college level
• Tutoring experience is acceptable if no prior classroom teaching
• Familiarity with AP curricula is preferred
