A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Humio Associate Customer Success Architect.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping develop webinars, presentations, and content that will help onboard new customers
- Leading small projects that will help drive product adoption for Humio customers at scale
- Developing a deep understanding of the platform features and solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 1-3 years of post sale customer support / success experience
- Are detail-oriented and have excellent project and time management skills
- Are naturally curious and love to understand customer use cases and objectives
