Job Summary
A plumbing and HVAC supply company has a current position open for a Remote HVAC Industry Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the single lead for renovation customers and projects
- Handling and developing customer relationships on a local, regional, and national level
- Initiating renovation job set up, including forecasting, pricing, tracking, communication, timeline, samples, and any special needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience with facilities project management or related experience
- Proven intricate knowledge of hospitality and/or multifamily customer verticals
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple Commercial Maintenance Repair and Operations (CMRO) departments
- Process-oriented mindset with effective written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to lead job throughout the lifecycle and through completion
- Ability to collaborate with Strategic Products Group
