Job Summary

A company is looking for a CST Fully Remote HVAC/Plumbing ServiceTitan Experienced CSR.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing service appointments and correspondence
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching within the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology and processes
• Must reside in specified states including Alabama, Florida, Illinois, and others listed in the job description
