An online retailer of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality products is filling a position for a Remote HVAC Tech Support Representative in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Talking to homeowners who have purchased products from our HVAC ecommerce website
- Assisting homeowners with questions about the products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years experience as an HVAC Technician
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work weekend shifts
