Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote IDaaS Engineering Director.

Must be able to:

• Provide operational excellence and implement processes and policies
• Lead, mentor and coach a mix of new and seasoned engineering managers
• Define and execute engineering and company wide OKR's
