Job Summary
A research organization has a current position open for a Remote Idaho Licensed Corporate Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Serve as Patent and Intellectual Property Counsel for the Laboratory
- Provide legal support for business agreements
- Coordinate effective use of outside patent counsel
Qualifications for this position include:
- UNPOSTING DATE: Apr 7, 2023
- Law degree (accredited school) and 7 years of active legal practice experience
- Licensed to practice law in Idaho
- Must have passed or be able to pass the patent bar
- Experienced in all phases of patent prosecution and intellectual property law
- Must remain an active license to practice law
