Job Summary

A social media technology company has a current position open for a Remote Identity and Access Management Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a direct and matrixed team of engineers, architects, program and product managers
  • Partner with IT and other cross-functional Leadership to deliver on a strategic set of programs that mature IAM capabilities
  • Build, improve, and/or maintain a suite of IAM products, processes, and services on behalf of the enterprise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 10+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Extensive knowledge of technologies such as SailPoint and Okta
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management in cloud platforms
  • Direct experience in providing leadership and execution of Identity and Access management
  • Knowledge of technology trends and best practices
