Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company is in need of a Remote Identity and Access Management Engineer Principal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of security and identity engineers to execute our strategic vision and direction for our global identity and access management services.
- Provide technical oversight to ensure solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with company standards and practices
- Create short- and long-range plans for lifecycle and capacity management for IAM services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated thought leader and visionary in Identity and Access Management
- 10+ years of experience in designing and developing identity solutions for large enterprise
- 5+ years of experience leading high performing cross-functional technology teams
- 5+ years of experience with cloud identity solutions
- Proven advanced understanding of Identity standards and protocols like LDAP, SAML, WS-*, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SCIM, etc
