A company that provides a solution for managing identity has a current position open for a Remote Identity Orchestration Sales Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing high-caliber team, ensuring all teams meet and exceed quarterly quotas and targets
- Inspiring and driving the SDR organization to create pipeline from select accounts
- Developing all team members according to the demands of the business and their professional goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years of progressive people management
- A proven track record of extensive experience leading successful sales development organizations
- A proven track record of consistently overachieving quotas for revenue pipeline/revenue generation
- A proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- A high degree of expertise in sales development tools and technologies
- Proficiency in selling methodologies: from ABM orchestration
