A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Identity Protection Software Implementation Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Onboarding new customers and performing project management activities
- Documenting troubleshooting guides, KBs and problem resolution steps
- Providing best practice recommendations and knowledge transfer to customers
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years’ experience as a Field Engineer/Technical Customer Success/Post-Sales Engineer
- Proven technical knowledge in Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP/S and NTLM
- Knowledge of virtual and public/private cloud deployments
- Knowledge of security or networking solutions, especially the UEBA, SIEM, IAM or PAM domains
- Enterprise security-related experience
