Remote Immediate Response Specialist

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service remotely, the part-time Immediate Response Specialist will manage inbound calls for substance abuse treatment referrals, register new clients, and maintain strategic relationships with treatment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver efficient customer service by answering inbound calls and following up on referrals
• Identify and register new clients while ensuring timely communication of clinical files
• Maintain relationships with treatment partners and support clients through their recovery journey

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field
• Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health diagnosis and treatment
• Proficiency in assessment and admission software/databases
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
