Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Immigration Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring leadership has full visibility of how compliance changes will impact the immigration program
  • Collaborating, at all levels, with internal stakeholders to execute on dependencies related to Immigration
  • Leading and/or coordinating all activities related to special audits, annual audits, and other ad hoc requests

Required Skills:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Immigration, Human Resources or directly related field
  • 5 years of experience working in an in-house or law firm immigration compliance role
  • Knowledge of US immigration filings, government affairs, legal landscape, and policy-making principles
  • Experience with large-scale audits, government reviews, and regular programmatic reviews
