Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Immigration Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing employment verification letters for visa-status employees when required
• Working closely with Talent Acquisition team and candidates through the H-1B and L1 transfer process
• Supporting the full life cycle of the Green Card process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Able to publish periodic dashboards with status and closures
• Can communicate effectively with business manager and other stakeholders to manage expectations
• Able to ensure adherence to service level agreements and processes
